Do I need a consultation before booking a facial or peel?
First-time clients are required to book a consultation, which includes a 30-minute customized facial. This allows us to assess your skin and create a plan tailored to your goals.
How should I prepare for my microneedling session?
Avoid active skincare ingredients (like retinol, exfoliants, and vitamin C) for at least 3–5 days before your appointment. Come with clean skin and avoid sun exposure.
Is there downtime after a chemical peel or microneedling?
You may experience mild redness, flaking, or sensitivity for a few days. We provide aftercare guidance and sample products to support healing.
Do you offer packages or membership pricing?

What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a no-show fee will apply.
